Aloha,
I’m Ed Freedman, founder of Stable Road Foundation and father to Zoe, our Chief Inspiration Officer. I found my purpose through serving my community—and inspiring others to make a difference, too.
My dedication to feeling the impact has taken me from the mountains of Nepal to the savannah of Kenya to the islands of the Philippines, where I helped people recover from disasters and build sustainable infrastructure. Then I brought the lessons I learned from those projects back home to Maui.
Over the last decade, I’ve used that experience to make my own community a better place: constructing homes and schools, establishing state-of-the-art medical facilities, giving a financial headstart to underprivileged kids, and building capacity to respond to natural disasters.
When I make a commitment, I make it for the long haul. People know they can count on me to keep my word, and they know they can count on me to show up when they need help. That trust comes from years of seeing me in action. I’m known for taking on the toughest challenges and delivering results, ahead of schedule and beyond expectations.
If I’m not on a job site, I’m probably building sand castles with my daughter Zoe, kitesurfing Maui’s world-famous breaks, or playing a game of padel.
